Uzabiz Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Uzabiz! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Uzabiz’s services, including our website, platform, and associated services (“Services”). By using Uzabiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Uzabiz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Uzabiz is a marketing automation platform that allows businesses to send WhatsApp messages, manage contacts, and engage customers via automated tools.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated account information.
- Uzabiz may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use Uzabiz for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing messages, or harassing content.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of our Services.

6. Payment and Fees
- You agree to pay all applicable fees based on your subscription plan.
- All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
- Uzabiz may change pricing with prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on Uzabiz are the property of Uzabiz or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of Uzabiz is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, which explain how we collect and use your data.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep Uzabiz available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may interrupt service.
10. Termination
Uzabiz may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
Uzabiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
13. Changes to Terms
Uzabiz may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
