Thank you for choosing Uzabiz. We aim to provide reliable, high-quality WhatsApp and Telegram automation tools for your business marketing needs.

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and how to request one.


1. Subscription Payments

Uzabiz operates on a prepaid subscription model (monthly or annual). All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except under the limited conditions outlined below.


2. Eligible Refunds

We may offer a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment – if you were charged more than once for the same subscription.
  • Service not delivered – if you are unable to access the platform due to a technical issue on our end for more than 48 hours and we fail to resolve it.
  • Billing error – if you were charged incorrectly for a plan you did not select.

💡 Refunds for approved cases will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.


3.  Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or unused time in your subscription
  • Misuse or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Failure to understand service limitations before purchase
  • Missed renewal or forgetting to cancel before the billing date

4.  Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Requests after this period will not be honored.


5.  How to Request a Refund

6.  Plan Downgrades & Cancellations

You can downgrade or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. We do not prorate or refund unused time.
